Our Porch Doors are designed for sheltered exterior areas and protected outdoor entranceways. They are suitable for locations where the door is well covered by a porch, canopy, or roof overhang, and is not directly exposed to rain, moisture, or strong sunlight.

Construction & Materials

Our Porch Doors are built for protected exterior use, featuring:

• MR Particle Board core options available
• H3.1 treated rails and stiles
• Water-resistant cross-linking D3 glue
• Waterproof expanding polyurethane glue used to seal exterior joins
• 4.8mm unprimed skin
• Standard door thickness: 40mm

Core Options

Three core options are available:

• Ribcore Polystyrene Hollow Core
• EPS High Density Solid Core Polystyrene
• Moisture Resistant Particle Board Solid Core

Size Range

Porch Doors can be made up to:

2400mm high × 1200mm wide

Warranty

Porch Doors come with a 10-year warranty, subject to correct use and installation in a sheltered exterior location.

Important Warranty Notice

Porch Doors are not warranted for use as fully exposed exterior doors. They must not be exposed to direct weather, including rain, moisture, or strong sunlight.

It is important that Porch Doors are painted in light colours, with an LRV value of no less than 50. The LRV measures the amount of light a paint colour reflects. Most reputable paint manufacturers list the LRV of each colour, so if in doubt, talk with your supplier or check the manufacturer's website.
