Ordering details:
Please specify the following when placing your order:
- Preferred core option (standard: Rib-core)
- Door leaf dimensions (standard: 1980x760x36mm)
- Design (standard: Headland)
- GIB thickness (standard: 10mm)
- Stud size (standard: 90mm)
- Preferred Hinge colour (standard: Satin Chrome / Silver)
- Lock hole size (standard: 56mm face hole with 60mm backset)
- If the wall will be tiled, please provide the tile thickness (standard: 10mm)
Note: If you’re unsure or do not specify, we will proceed with standard options by default.

Single Pre-hung
Standard sizes (door leaf):
- Heights: 1980mm and 2200mm
- Widths: 410, 460, 510, 560, 610, 660, 710, 760, 810mm
- 860mm and 910mm are also available as standard sizes at a slightly higher price.
All sizes listed above refer to standard door leaf dimensions. Custom sizes are available upon request to suit your specific project requirements.
Configuration:
Available in Left-hung and Right-hung options.
(Hinge side is determined when facing the door from the side where hinges are visible — hinges on the left = Left-hung, hinges on the right = Right-hung.)
Frame & finish options:
- Frame thickness: 18mm, 25mm, or 30mm
- Profile: Flat or Groove
- Pre-primed off-white, ready for painting
- Standard door bottom gap: 25mm
Pair Pre-hung
